Email Sign up- Single/person membership

If you are experiencing problems and cannot sign up ONLINE. Please provide the information below and you will receive a series of emails to complete membership process via emails or call us and we can set up an appointment at fitness center. 1.-The Welcome email will require you to set up a password for your membership account. Note - Username is email address (Cannot share email address, one per member). 2. Complete the Health Questionnaire and Release - must be signed and completed before using the gym. Note If member is under the age of 18 the legal guardian or parent must sign the form on behalf of the underage member before access to fitness center. 3. Set up Mobile app on your phone for Door access - See Set Up Door Access Tab for step-by-step instruction. If you need a door key, please contact us.
