Email request for Single/person membership

Please provide the information below and you will receive a series of emails to complete membership process and set up door access on your phone. 1.-The Welcome email will require you to set up a password for your membership account. Note - User name is members email. 2. Complete the Health Questionaire and Release - must be signed and completed before using the gym. Note If member is under the age of 18 the legal guardian or parent must sign the form on behalf of the under age member before access to fitness center. 3. Set up Mobile app on your phone for Door access - See Set Up Door Access Tab for step by step instruction. If you need a door key please contact us.
