Family Memberships

1. The Main member who will be responsible for payment please sign up for a Regular membership or it you already have a membership (skip to #2). If you cannot complete this online via a computer, then go to the Tab Sign Up by Email submit the form and include that you want a set up a family membership.
2. Submit a Family Membership Request form below for each same household member.  You must provide the required information for each additional same household member(s). NOTE: Each member must have their own email address, you cannot share email addresses. If you do not have an email address you must sign up in person. Please contact us to set up an appointment.
3. Each member will receive a series of emails that must be completed to access fitness center.  These can be completed on a phone.  

NOTE: FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS-Military, Veteran or First Responder. 

• The Welcome email will require you to set up a password for your membership account. Note - User name is email address. 
• Complete the Health Questionnaire and Release and sign- This must be signed and completed before using the gym. Note If member is under the age of 18 the legal guardian or parent must sign the form on behalf of the underage member before access to fitness center. 
• Set up Mobile app on your phone for Door access - See Set Up Door Access Tab for step-by-step instruction.  If you need a door key, please contact us.
