If you signed up online, log in to your Member Account See the bottom of the page for a link for online access or go to your mobile app. Go to the PAYMENT PROFILE MANAGEMENT, click on CREATE NEW PAYMENT PROFILE and update your credit card, debit card, checking, or savings account. You can also ask a staff member to update it or ask for a Payment Authorization form and fill it out and place it in the payment dropbox.
Check to see if you need to update your payment information. If payment has failed the system will not allow access. If you have not finished your online profile you will not have access. You should have received a Welcome Email. Check your Spam, Junk inbox. Make sure you, if you are using your mobile phone when you hold your phone up the barcode, is in the correct direction. Portrait mode or it will flip the image. Please hold the barcode 8-10 inches from the reader and hold it still. If you are having issues please contact us. Note: Your first visit to the fitness center it will take approx. up to 3 hours to process your payment, set up your account, and have door access.
Police please show staff member your ID. Fire and Rescue we will need a letter from the head of the dept. example Fire Chief. Letter must state that you are an active member. These discounts are provide to those who actively work in our community as a thank you for going above and beyond everyday. You can give the letter to a staff member, mail it to P.O. You can use the fitness center upon sign up however, we need to receive that with in 7 days or your membership will convert to a Regular membership until it is received.

Yes, We have One day passes for $6.50 plus tax. They can sign up online and purchase then download the mobile app start access to the fitness center (Note please allow 2-3 hours for your payment to post before you try to door access. To purchase see MEMBERSHIP. Also, they can walk in, please ring the RingDoor bell. We have a book on the table please read the waiver at the front of the book and sign the signature page. Guests must be 18 years old. No exceptions! A day pass is $6.89 including taxes. Please put your money in the envelope provided and write your name on the envelope. Place it in the DropBox

Membership minimum age requirement is 14 years old and MUST have adult member supervision. It is recommended that the supervised minimum age requirement is 14-18 years of age. However, 16 years of age and older are not required to have supervision and it is the parent or guardian’s responsibility to make that determination. Those members that have a supervision requirement, individuals within the ages of 14-18 require their own membership and those supervising must also have a paid membership as well.
• NOTE: 13 years old and under is NOT allowed in the fitness center. Children cannot enter the fitness center, please make appropriate arrangements for childcare before visiting the fitness center.
